A Washington state native, Dr. Mina Fordyce grew up in Bellevue and graduated from Interlake High School. She performed her undergraduate studies at University of California, Los Angeles, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. From there, she returned to the Pacific Northwest to obtain her Doctorate of Optometry at Pacific University College of Optometry. During her optometric training, she completed internships at Eye Care Associates of Nevada, San Diego Naval Hospital, and Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute in Bellevue.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Fordyce enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters.
Dr. Fordyce also speaks Japanese.
